This is a contest over the custody of Lee Donald Herbert, a child two years of age, between his father and mother on one side and his uncle and aunt on the other.

The child wias brought before Judge Keck, circuit judge of the Second Judicial District, on a writ of habeas corpus. After hearing the evidence, the judge awarded the custody of the child to its parents, and appellants contend for a reversal of the order, upon the authority of the case of Verser v. Ford, 37 Ark. 27. In that case it was said:
