MEMORANDUM ON DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO SET ASIDE DEFAULT JUDGMENT

The Plaintiff, Mary Tullock, initiated this adversary proceeding on June 23, 1995, seeking a determination of the dischargeability of a debt pursuant to 11 U.S.C.A. § 523(a)(2)(A) (West 1993 & Supp.1995). 1 The summons was issued by the clerk on June 29,1995, and the Certificate of Service filed by the Plaintiffs attorney, L.
