— On the 30th day of June, 1917, the appellee, complainant below, W. C. Black, who *126will be designated in the opinion as complainant, filed his bill of complaint against G. S. Hollingsworth and Maggie B. Hollingsworth, his wife, and First National Bank of Tampa, who will in this opinion be designated defendants.
