This appeal is taken from a judgment entered in favor of appellee, Dealers Electrical Supply Company (“Dealers”), against appellants, Scoggins Construction Company, Inc. and Bill R. Scoggins, President of Scoggins Construction Company, Inc. (jointly “SCC”).
