This case was an appeal from a proceeding for summary conviction before a justice of the peace under the Motor Vehicles *362Act approved June 30, 1919, § 19, P. L. 678, and the amendments thereto, and was heard before the court on July 7,1926.

The defendant was charged in the information before the justice of the peace with operating a motor-vehicle on the public highways of West Mayfield Borough, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, on Jan. 29, 1926, so as to endanger the life and limb of others using said highway, in violation of section 19 of the act of assembly hereinabove mentioned.
