HANSEN, Circuit Judge.
Thomas Holder petitions for review of the final order of removal issued by the Board of Immigration Appeals (the Board). After careful review, we deny the petition.
I
Thomas Holder is a Liberian citizen whom the Government charged in 2000 as being removable. On June 13, 2003, an Immigration Judge issued a written order denying Holder’s request for voluntary departure and ordering him removed from the United States.
