WHITAKER, Senior Judge.

Plaintiff had a contract with the Atomic Energy Commission for the construction of an assembly and maintenance area at the National Reactor Testing Station in Jefferson and Butte Counties, Idaho. The contract was fully performed •on January 7, 1955, several extensions •of time having been granted on account of delays for which the contractor was not responsible.
