The defendant has moved in limine to exclude the testimony of Dr. William A. Farone, a witness proposed by the plaintiff. Based upon the memoranda of law submitted by the parties and the presentations made during the hearings conducted on December 15-16, 2010, the areas of disagreement between the parties have narrowed.
