ERVIN, Judge.

Defendant Lonnie Gene Yonce appeals from judgments entered by the trial court imprisoning him for a total of a minimum of 105 months and a maximum of 126 months in the custody of the North Carolina Department of Correction as the result of a prior determination that he had willfully failed to comply with the terms and conditions of certain probationary judgments.
