*1276Appeal from a judgment of the Cattaraugus County Court (Ronald D. Ploetz, J.), rendered September 9, 2013. The judgment convicted defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of criminal sexual act in the first degree, incest in the first degree and endangering the welfare of a child.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.
