MEMORANDUM OPINION
STROM, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on Blank-emeyers’ (hereinafter debtors) appeal (Filing No. 1) of the Bankruptcy Court’s order of August 19, 1986, which denied confirmation of their reorganization plan and on debtors’ motion for a temporary restraining order to enjoin the Federal Land Bank (FLB) from evicting them from the property at issue (Filing No. 5).
