It is insisted by counsel for appellees that the courts will not interfere in a controversy between the different factions in a church or ecclesiastical body growing out of a disputed question of religious dogma or church faith. Whether or not the bill in this case comes within the influence of that doctrine is treated by counsel for the respective parties as the question of prime importance on this appeal.
