Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County (Edelstein, J.), rendered October 2, 1986, convicting him of murder in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and sentencing him to an indeterminate term of from 20 years to life imprisonment.

Ordered that the judgment is modified, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, by reducing the minimum term of the sentence from 20 years to 15 years; as so modified, the judgment is affirmed.
