Mrs. Farris, widow of Summerfield Farris, late of Fulton county, applied for a year’s support for herself and children out of his estate. The administrator thereof answered that its debts were more than sufficient to exhaust its assets ; and that the applicant was not a citizen or resident of the 'State of Georgia.
