These preliminary injunctions concern matters of vast public moment. The court had no opportunity at the time they were granted to file an opinion, and does so now. Clearly, if the act of March 6, 3907, which, upon the institution of these suits, ipso facto forfeits the right of complainants to do intrastate business, can be upheld, there is no equity in complainants’ bills, except as to antecedent transactions in domestic commerce.
