The defendant appeals from the judgment of conviction of two counts of attempted murder in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-49 and 53a-54a (a), two counts of assault in the second degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-60 (a) (1), and one count of assault in the first degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-59 (a) (l).1 The crimes with which the defendant was charged involved four different victims.
