This mortgage foreclosure dispute was removed to this court from the Hillsbor-ough County Superior Court by the defendants, Federal National Mortgage Association (“FNMA”) and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (individually “Chase,” and collectively with FNMA, the “Defendants”). Previously, the Defendants moved to dismiss the case for failure to state a claim pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6). In an order dated April 23, 2015, this court denied the Defendants’ motion to dismiss without prejudice, and granted plaintiffs Jason and Denise Dionne…
