This suit was instituted by Express Publishing Company, a corporation, against Louis Wyner and his wife, K. B. Wyner, alleged to be doing business under the assumed name of Alamo Beauty College, seeking to recover upon a sworn account in the sum of $453.01, together with interest and attorney’s fees, for advertising ■ furnished defendants in connection with the Alamo Beauty College.
