The appellant, Mrs. 0. A. Carter, has perfected an appeal from the order of the Chancery Court of Davidson County dismissing her petition for certiorari, filed in that Court, seeking a review of the action of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Nashville in granting a Building Permit and Certificate of Occupancy for the operation of a diaper service laundry in a Commercial “A” zone in the city of Nashville.
