The issues on this appeal arise from a ruling on a motion to disqualify opposing attorneys. In the action plaintiff Sue Rich-ers made claims against her former employer, Marsh & McLennan Group Associates (MMGA), and two officers of MMGA, James Sourbeer and Joseph Piper, stemming from the termination of her employment with that insurance brokerage firm.
