For the purpose of submitting the Questions involved therein to this court for decision, six separate appeals from the district court of Washita county have been consolidated herein. When filed in this court they were numbered from 32308 to 32313, both inclusive. -These actions were all instituted by plaintiff in error to recover on notes and foreclose real estate mortgages on land belonging to certain defendants whose names are not important herein.
