The court below, after giving a detailed statement of all the facts with regard to the sale of the property in question, and as to the change in the possession of the same after the sale, so far as there was any, concludes its finding as follows: “ Upon these facts I find that the sale was made in good faith, for a fair value, to pay a pre-existing debt, and that possession accompanied and followed the sale, and that the property when attached was taken out of the possession of the plaintiff, and that when the writ of replevin was brought the plaintiff was the owner of the property and…
