Appellant was convicted and sentenced by the court below for several violations of the Act of April 23, 1909, P. L. 169. By the first section thereof it is enacted “That any.......teller, bookkeeper, clerk, employe......of any......trust company....... who shall embezzle, abstract, or wilfully misapply any of the moneys, funds, or credits of such institution...... with intent......to injure or defraud such institution, or any other company, body politic or corporate, or any individual person......shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction thereof,…
