RODOWSKY, Judge.

Maryland Code (1957, 1992 Repl.Vol.), Art. 27, § 36 makes criminal, inter alia, the carrying, concealed upon or about one’s person, of certain specified weapons and also of “any other dangerous or deadly weapon of any kind.” There are many objects, not specified in § 36, which an individual could carry in a concealed fashion and which have the potential for use as a weapon. Here, we deal specifically with a utility knife, an object which is designed to be used as a tool, but which could be used as a weapon.
