Reversing in part and affirming in part.
The appellee and plaintiff below, Hugh Crozer, filed this action on July 30, 1931, in the Fayette circuit court against the appellant and defendant below, Kengreen Gas Utilities Corporation, and in his petition he sought the recovery of a judgment against it for $2,101.50, for alleged services rendered and performed by him for the benefit and at the instance and request of defendant, and for which it agreed to pay him the prices charged.
