*1014In an action to foreclose a tax lien, the defendant Liberty Bay Realty Corp. appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Jones, J.), dated August 29, 2003, as denied its motion, inter alia, to vacate its default in appearing or answering the complaint and to set aside the judgment of foreclosure and the foreclosure sale.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with one bill of costs to the respondents appearing separately and filing separate briefs.
