OPINION

RILEY, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Defendant-Appellant Town of Highland (Highland) appeals from the trial court's judgment in favor of Joyee Zerkel (Zerkel) in her suit for damages following her trip and fall on a defective public sidewalk.

We affirm.
