McMurray, Presiding Judge.

Defendant was tried before a jury and found guilty of aggravated sodomy, sodomy, aggravated child molestation, three counts of child molestation and three counts of cruelty to children. The nine-year-old victim’s trial testimony reflects an account of events which are the basis of the crimes charged. The victim reported defendant’s criminal acts to her aunt, Robin Brown, and defendant’s spouse, Danielle Shropshire.
