After a careful consideration of the facts involved in this appeal, we adopt in substance those found by the court below:
John N. Drass, an insurance real estate agent, enjoyed unlimited credit and conducted what was generally believed to be a profitable and successful real estate and insurance business in the Borough of Hollidaysburg for upwards of twenty years prior to July 1, 1930.
