I,In this criminal appeal, the State seeks review of the district court’s judgment granting the motion to quash filed by the defendant, Tayra Hall. Ms. Hall agrees that the district court erred in granting the motion to quash, but she contends that the State is not entitled to any relief on appeal. Rather, she contends that the State’s appeal should be dismissed as abandoned due to its failure to take any steps to proceed with its appeal for almost three years.
