ORDER AND JUDGMENT*
STEPHEN H. ANDERSON, Circuit Judge.
Plaintiffs John Hadley Fisher and Kenneth Lynn Funkhouser, Oklahoma state inmates proceeding pro se here as in the district court, appeal the district court’s order granting summary judgment to defendants on their claims arising under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. We exercise jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291 and affirm.
