§ 8 5 6. Separate property; mutations in, do not change character of. Appellants caused an execution which they had against appellee P. B. Fowler to be levied upon a stock of cattle as the property of said P. B. Fowler. Appellee Mary Fowler, wife of P. B. Fowler, claimed the cattle as her separate property, and, upon a trial of the right of property, judgment was rendered establishing her claim to the cattle. It was clearly proved upon the trial that the cattle in question, although purchased after the marriage of the claimant with P. B. Fowler, were purchased with money…
