Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. and Sam’s Club (Wal-Mart) appeal an order of the Jackson County Circuit Court certifying two plaintiff-employee classes with four subclasses each in litigation involving claims that the company’s employment policies and practices resulted in chronic understaffing which caused employees to miss promised breaks and to work off the clock without compensation.
