MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
CEDARBAUM, District Judge.
This is an appeal from an award of summary judgment to New York National Bank (the “Bank”) in an adversary proceeding in the bankruptcy court. CEPA Consulting, Ltd. (“CEPA”) appeals from the bankruptcy court’s determination on two grounds. First, appellant contends that a payment made in satisfaction of bank loans several days before the filing of the debtor’s Chapter 11 petition was an avoidable transfer under 11 U.S.C. § 547(b) because the loans were not secured as to the debtor.
