T1 This appeal involves competing guardianship proceedings filed in neighboring states regarding the same proposed ward. Appellant Linda S. Jones (Daughter) appeals the June 7, 2007, order of the District Court of Jefferson County, Oklahoma, determining Loyee Juanita Parker (Mother) to be an Oklahoma resident incapacitated by reason of dementia and appointing Appellee Alvin Edward Parker, Jr. (Son) general guardian of Mother's person and property.
