On January 27, 2014, under Queens County Family Court *298docket number A-19-20/14, pursuant to Domestic Relations Law § 115, Clifford Greenberg, Esq., on behalf of J.H.-W (hereinafter proposed adoptive parent), filed a petition seeking to adopt the proposed adoptive children, J.J. and H.C., both born on May 12, 2013 (hereinafter collectively proposed adoptive children).
