On July 10, 1947, Bartley J. Naughton, Jr. and Stephen J. Olesak, copartners trading as Banner Tool Co., filed a statement of claim in the municipal court of Chicago against M. B. Siegel, trading as M. B. Siegel Associates, for goods, wares and merchandise sold and delivered to the defendant at his special request on February 13, 1947, consisting of a cigarette snuffer mold, at $2,500, with interest thereon at 5 per cent per annum, the aggregate claim being $2,552.05.
