This is an appeal from a decree which enjoined William D. Steelman, oyster inspector, and the Commission of Fisheries of Virginia from assigning to William C. Bunting certain oyster grounds at Assa-teague Beach or Island, between high and low water mark, the ownership of which is claimed by Field.
