This is an appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court of Cook County for $1,109.70, obtained by the appellees William A. Pinkerton and Robert A. Pinkerton, doing business as Pinkerton’s National Detective Agency, against the appellant, the Grand Pacific Hotel Company. The cause was tried below by the court without the intervention of a jury, and the judgment was upon the finding of the court.
