In an original action, the Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Covington petitioned the Court of Appeals for a writ of prohibition seeking to prevent the respondent, Judge William J. Wehr, Campbell Circuit Court, from enforcing his order that certain documents from the church archives be submitted to the Campbell County Grand Jury.
