THIS IS a Chapter 7 liquidation case and the matters under consideration are the issues raised in two adversary proceedings, one filed by Gary F. Froid (Debtor), the other filed by Lawrence S. Kleinfeld, Trustee of the Debtor’s estate (Trustee). Both Plaintiffs seek a determination of the validity and extent of the FDIC’s lien on certain renewal commissions to be paid to the Debtor post-Petition and the Trustee for renewal commissions on renewals of life insurance policies sold by the Debtor…
