Petitioner, The Barber Company, Inc., a New Jersey corporation, has obtained an order of certiorari to review the proceedings which resulted in a decision made under section 212 of the General Corporation Law, by the Secretary of State refusing to issue to petitioner, on its original application, a certificate of authority to do business in this State. Barber & Company, Inc., a domestic corporation, petitions this court to be permitted to intervene herein.
