Before the Court are various post-appeal motions filed by Defendants. The parties now dispute the amount of pre- and postjudgment interest and various related matters. The underlying suit involves the sale of shares in the Sawyer School to Plaintiff. On October 9, 1992, judgment on the verdict in the amount of $29,000 was entered for Plaintiff on Count I (the promissory note count); recovery under Count II (the fraud count) was denied as was recovery on Defendants' counterclaim.
