Plaintiff in error, Ralph Levi Davis, hereinafter called defendant, prosecutes this writ of error to the Appellate Court, Third District, to review a judgment affirming a judgment of the county court of Adams County. In the county court, defendant was charged with the offense of reckless driving of a motor vehicle as defined in section 48 of the Uniform Traffic Act. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1951, chap. 9S/é, par. 145.)
