Delro Industries, Inc. v. Evans

Plaintiff appeals from a judgment rendered in favor of the defendant in this action to enforce a foreign judgment and a guaranty contract. We affirm.

The plaintiff, Delro Industries, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Delro," is a wholesale distributor of swimming pools, equipment, and accessories, with its principal place of business in Springfield, Massachusetts.
