Appellant Tydel John contends that he presented evidence substantially contradictory to the evidence against him which raised reasonable doubt as to his guilt on charges of aggravated rape and unlawful sexual contact, and that the evidence presented by the People of the Virgin Islands was insufficient to convict him on a number of charges in the information.
