MEMORANDUM
JOAN N. FEENEY, Bankruptcy Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION
The matter before the Court is the “Motion To Reopen Case” filed by the Debtor, Lee Whitten (the “Debtor”). The Debtor seeks a determination of whether his condominium common area fee obligation was discharged in bankruptcy, as well as an order holding the Governor’s Park Condominium Trust (the “Trust”) in contempt for its attempts to collect the condominium fees.
