These three appeals, which will be disposed of in one opinion, were taken by Joseph M. Perri, a former magistrate of the City of Philadelphia, from sentences to concurrent terms of imprisonment pronounced against him upon his conviction under three indictments, charging, respectively, conspiracy to release prisoners upon insufficient and fraudulent bail bonds, extortion and bribery, and misdemeanor in office.
