This is a bill for specific performance by Maurice M. Feder against a corporation known as the Forest Hill Apartments. The certificate of incorporation states that the objects for which the corporation is formed are "to take, buy, purchase, and so forth, real estate * * * to transact a general real estate business, buying and selling and dealing in real estate." In other words, the business of the concern was the handling of real property.
