Appellant, James Green, appeals from an order entered on July 9, 2015, which granted summary judgment in favor of Appellee, Pennsylvania Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association (PPCIGA). 1 After the careful consider ation, we vacate and remand for further proceedings.
